🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – PLEASE READ & SHARE! 🚨

⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON ANY MONEY! ⚠️

It has been brought to our attention that someone is approaching people claiming to be an organiser of BiiM and requesting payment for stalls.

WE WANT TO MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THIS PERSON HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CONNECTION TO BiiM!

BiiM is organised ONLY by Jem and Rachel (i’ll tag us in the comments)

For your peace of mind, please remember:
✅ Jem and Rachel are the ONLY organisers of BiiM.
✅ All vendor applications are handled directly by us.
✅ Rachel is the ONLY person who will send you a payment link, and this will ONLY happen once your application has been received and your stall has been confirmed.

We do NOT have anyone else collecting payments, taking bookings or representing BiiM.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY TO ANYONE CLAIMING TO REPRESENT US!

If you have been contacted by someone and are unsure whether they are genuine, please message our official BiiM page before making any payments.

We are absolutely gutted that someone is trying to take advantage of our wonderful small business community. Rachel and I work incredibly hard to make BiiM a safe, welcoming and supportive space for independent businesses, and the last thing we want is for anyone to lose their hard earned money.

Please share this post to help us spread the word and protect other small businesses.

Thank you for looking out for each other. ❤️
