Wednesday Recipe from the Deli 🇮🇹

This week we’re keeping it simple with Pappardelle with Spicy Olives & San Marzano Tomato.

A lovely midweek pasta made with proper Italian ingredients from the deli — San Marzano tomatoes, spicy olives, pappardelle, fresh basil and Pecorino.

Rich, full of flavour and really easy to make at home.

Wednesday Recipe from the Deli 🇮🇹🍂

This week we’re going properly autumnal with a Butternut Squash, Pancetta & Sage Risotto.

Creamy risotto rice, sweet roasted butternut squash, crispy pancetta, sage and plenty of Pecorino — simple, comforting and just right for a cooler midweek evening.

Most of the ingredients can be picked up from us in the deli, so it’s an easy one to recreate at home.
