Little morning jaunt to visit Cais na Tire today

We've been buying cheese from Barry and Loraine for years but this was my first time visiting. There is a lot of trust and faith in irish cheese selling!

Beautiful dairy with the sheep milked next door. Ye would have thought they were in the make room bleating away!

We try to buy as much as we can so we can get an extra couple of months on the Cais na Tire an the Gouda for xmas and hopefully free up a bit of space so they can squeeze a bit more in for themselves too!

I have seen a lot of irish cheesemakers brine tanks this year and each one its own ecosystem

Was lovely to meet in person. We sell so much cheese to people we only ever meet on email so was great to have a chance to pop in for a brew!
