Food For Thought Delicatessen Based in the Heart of Barry’s High Street since 1983
(257)

Food For Thought is Barry's only 5* local Delicatessen, stocking a large range of cheeses, cooked meats, chutneys, jams, breads, herbs and ideal kitchen essentials. We are one of Barry's busiest sandwich bars at lunchtime as we make all of our sandwich filling fresh on the premises. We have a large range of baguettes, sandwiches, rolls and paninis, also making homemade pasties, pies and cakes throughout the day!

🦇🦸‍♂️ EVEN SUPERHEROES NEED A COB! 🥪😂

🚨 IT’S BMW X1 DRAW DAY, BANGERS! 🚨

There’s a massive draw happening tonight, but first we’ve got a much more important mission…

FEED BATMAN AND ROBIN! 😂

Saving Barry from boredom is hungry work, so we’ve popped into our local legends at Food for Thought Deli on Barry High Street to get some proper grub before the madness begins! 🥖

Batman reckons he can’t fight crime on an empty stomach. Robin reckons he just likes a free lunch. 🤣

Massive shout-out to the lovely people at Food for Thought! ❤️ Supporting local businesses is what Barry Bangers Comps is all about.

🚗🔥 TONIGHT SOMEONE IS WINNING A BMW X1!

One lucky Banger is about to have a VERY good evening!

Good food, good people, ridiculous costumes and a car to give away.

Just another normal day at Barry Bangers Comps! 🧡🖤

🍀 GOOD LUCK, YOU LOVELY BUNCH OF BANGERS!
