Andy’s making La Domenica, one of his own favourites off the Nonna Mia Pizza menu 🍕

The sourdough base is made 24 hours ahead with 100% UK-grown, regeneratively farmed flour, then hand-stretched to order. The ragu is shin beef from our own butchers, slow-braised for around 16 hours, with fior di latte and smoked scamorza on top. Around three minutes in the oven, then black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil to finish.

Domenica means Sunday in Italian… so basically, it’s Sunday dinner on a pizza.

Would you have it as it comes, or with a whole creamy burrata on top?

Nonna Mia Pizza is open weekends and school holidays, 12–6, at Cannon Hall Farm. No farm ticket needed.

Who knew sticky chicken marinade would work this well with duck and prawns?

Farmer Richard has been in the kitchen again, this time making a sweet-but-spicy duck and prawn stir-fry with noodles, using the marinade from his Farmer David’s Sticky Chicken recipe in The Cannon Hall Farm Cookbook.

A little bit of sweet, a little bit of heat, and a reminder that sometimes the best recipes come from trying something different.
