Orders for Montgomery market need to be in by the usual time tomorrow (Wednesday) 10am.

A reminder that our Organic Welsh Black Beef reared by Dan Lydiate will be available in just under two weeks time. It’s aging beautifully in our chiller🤩 so pre-orders for that can also be taken. Boxes and individual cuts will be available.

The next beasts are lined up for the coming weeks too. Our amazing grass-fed Angus from Claire and Dave Francis - Penrhos and grass-fed Galloway from Martin Prosser - Llandysil.

Bringing you the goods as usual 😍 perfectly aged in time for Christmas!

Apologies to all who have messaged about turkeys, since I did the post, all 4 of our girlies have been poorly and littlest also pushed 4 new teeth out in 24h🫣 and now it’s my turn to be unwell 😅

Matt is absolutely fine somehow (some people have all the luck!!)

Our free range, local turkeys are growing nicely 😍

Orders for our incredible turkeys can be made now - due to the nature of farming there is limited availability for the smaller birds, so please do get in touch asap to get yours ordered.

Smaller end of the scale we can supply are around 10lb/4.5kg and these are very limited.

The logistics of getting to the abattoir can be time consuming and inconvenient. There is no longer a delivery service from the local abattoirs, meaning we have to drive to Wrexham to collect our produce ourselves. But it’s worth the journey every time, because it’s always so exciting when you see the quality and know that you’ve not just settled for wholesale produce 👏🏼
