To be honest, I don't wish for anyone to lose their lives, neither the Anyuak nor the Nuer. Human life is valuable to God, and it should be respected. However, as Nuer people, we only seek to protect our families from harm caused by the Anyuak. Our aim is to live in peace, which is something that everyone in this region deserves, regardless of their ethnicity. If the Anyuak refuse to coexist peacefully with us, we will take necessary actions to ensure the safety of our people, considering that there is no government in this region to protect the innocent.
