Bubu Enterprises A haven for connoisseurs of cheese and wine, both local and imported.

"Bubu Enterprises" is a progressive business initiative conceptualized by Fana Abera and co-founded by Carlo Ertola. With a well-rooted passion for cheese and wine, the duet aims to provide access to both internationally and locally sourced products to people living in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (due to the often restricted availability of the products in the existing market)

In time, the duo also aim

s to develop their own line of dairy products and wines so that they can unveil a unique Ethiopian taste to this often neglected area of food/drink production.
