Good afternoon, neighbours of Relleu:
We have received information from an external source that this coming Saturday, October 3rd, a rally event will take place in our municipality, which will mean significant access and mobility restrictions throughout the village for practically the entire morning.
In our particular case, this situation affects us especially because the starting point of the event will be located practically right outside our shop, making access difficult both on foot and by vehicle and making it very difficult for our customers to come to the shop during a large part of the morning.
We would like to make it clear that we will be there, as always, at your service, although we are aware that the circumstances will make access to the shop much more difficult.
As we did last year, we have formally expressed our disagreement to the Town Hall in writing, mainly because we were not taken into consideration when the event was organised and because of the impact that this type of situation has both on our business and on the village as a whole.
We believe that this situation could have a very simple solution: the starting point of the event could simply be moved about 50 metres, allowing access to our shop to remain open and making it easier for residents to get through.
We are sorry to have to communicate this situation and hope that, on future occasions, local businesses and residents affected by these measures will be taken into consideration before such arrangements are made.
As always, we remain at your service.
Best regards.
