Sometimes the journey of a product turns out to be much more interesting than it looks from the outside.

When we started preparing laboratory tests and documents for our roasted date seed drink, we came across an opinion that surprised us. Some people say that date seeds may contain high levels of heavy metals, and that sometimes their use is even questioned.

Honestly, when we heard this, we didn’t want to argue with words. We simply decided to check everything very carefully.

We sent samples of all three flavors — Mild, Tart and Spiced — to an independent laboratory and asked them to test the product for key safety parameters: heavy metals, mycotoxins and pesticide residues.

And the results made us very happy.

The levels of heavy metals turned out to be many times lower than the allowed international limits, and no pesticides or mycotoxins were detected at all.

Sometimes the best way to break a myth is simply to show the facts.

For us, these kinds of tests are not just a formality. When you create a drink that people might enjoy every day, you want to be sure that every cup carries not only flavor and tradition, but also real care for the people who drink it.

Для меня очень важно, чтобы за красивыми словами и упаковкой всегда стояла реальная ответственность.

Мы передали образцы нашего напитка в лабораторию — скоро получим официальные сертификаты. И я честно чувствую спокойствие от этого шага, потому что доверие нельзя просить, его можно только заслужить. Качество должно быть не “на словах”, а подтверждённым.

Параллельно мы получили новые пакетики — более плотные, аккуратные, премиальные. И в этот момент я понимаю, как всё постепенно становится серьёзнее и взрослее. Не спеша, но очень осознанно.

Все фабрики находятся за Каиром, туда сюда путь не близкий. Дорога занимает очень много времени, как в принципе и в любом большом городе.
