كيفية منع الفاكهة من السقوط إلى أسفل الكيك ؟؟
لمنع الفاكهة من الغرق في الجزء السفلي من كيكة الفاكهة و حرقها ، تغطي الفواكه مع قليل من الدقيق قبل أن تضاف إلى الخليط .

نصيحه اليوم لخبز الكيك:
لا تستخدمي البيض البارد لانه من الممكن ان يكون من اسباب عدم نجاح الكيك. استخدمي بيض بدرجه حراره الغرفه,حيث انه يعطي قوام متجانس و نتيجه افضل للكيك.
_للحصول علي بيض بدرجه حراره الغرفه,يوضع في مياه دافئه لمده خمس دقائق قبل الاستخدام.

-Avoid Using Cold Eggs.Use room temperature eggs, they guarantee a uniform texture in each bite.
-to get room temperature eggs put them in warm water for 5 minutes.
