Morning Everyone

We managed to get the new batch of biltong drying this morning, so holding fingers it’s dried and ready by the weekend.

Will update everyone that has requested orders closer to the weekend.

Hi Everyone

We have a delay in production for our biltong.

The meat was incorrectly cut so this has caused us a 2 week delay.

As I will be away travelling from 25-27th June.

I will however, do my best to have orders ready by 21st June.

Our apologies, as we know you’ve been waiting in anticipation.

Hello Everyone

The long await is almost over, we will have the upgrades to our kitchen done this week. Thanks for all the patience, it’s highly appreciated as so many of you have been asking when we will have stock again.

So, I have planned a production run over the weekend.

We will be making the following.

5kg Biltong plain & sliced - we are returning to our originally loved recipe that is high in flavour and intensity. Not to be missed!

4kg Drywors plain - with an increased infused flavour.
*all our drywors is made with natural lamb casings.

10kg Boerewors - the recipe you’ve all come to enjoy!
*all our boerewors is made with natural pig casings.

Our batches are going to be smaller and done once or twice a month. So if you don’t plug in early enough, you’ll miss out and will need to wait until the next batch is ready.

I will post some pics and prices soon!
