Begrüßt mit uns Mithun Madhusudanan, Masterstudent im zweiten Jahr des EIT Food Systems Programms mit einem Hintergrund in Lebensmittelverfahrenstechnik 👨🔬✨
Er unterstützt Kasoda derzeit als Praktikant und erforscht die traditionelle Verwendung von Kaffeeblattpulver als Lebensmittelzutat in der EU 🌱☕ – mit besonderem Fokus auf dokumentierte Anwendungen in Ländern wie Indien 🇮🇳. Außerdem beschäftigt er sich mit der Zulassung gemäß der Novel Food Verordnung in Europa und dem Austausch mit den zuständigen Behörden.

Say hi to Mithun Madhusudanan, a second-year EIT Food Systems master’s student with a background in Food Process Engineering 👨🔬✨
He’s joining Kasoda as an intern, where he’ll be diving into the traditional food applications of coffee leaf powder in the EU 🌱☕ – with a special focus on its historical use in countries like India 🇮🇳. Mithun will also be working closely with regulatory bodies to explore its pathway under the Novel Food regulation in Europe.
