This sticky chocolate brownie cake made an epic journey from Verbier to Bristol for Cary & Emily’s wedding last week. What a fabulous day full of love, laughter and of course, cake ❤️

Mountain Thyme makes mountain cakes!

We had such fun this morning creating this mountain-scape with royal icing and a palette knife over a delicious chocolate coconut fudge cake.

Then it was whisked up to Chez Dany Verbier by snow taxi for a fabulous 40th birthday party! Thanks The Noodle Collective

Our latest creation was a tale of two halves. This lovely local lad (more usually associated with cheese) it turns out is a big fan of giraffes and is a new convert to the game of darts! He seems pretty chuffed with his cake.
