Primrose Secret Garden

Hidden behind walls in Neuchatel you’ll find my organic urban farm & apiary. I’m a bee keeper producing local Swiss honey & growing fruits & vegetables.

These are then processed into delicious condiments preserved in jars for your brunch and apero. Urban, organic, federally certified Bio Suisse raised bed farming in Switzerland. I raise Araucana chickens, blue Rex rabbits, warre bee hives, red standard poodles. Ferme urbaine en Suisse. J'élève des poules Araucanas, des canards de Barbarie, des lapins Rex, des moutons Ouessants, des abeillesdes & des caniches Royal rouge.

Collected in small batches, carefully cleaned by hand, and frozen immediately to keep everything just as the bees made it.

Each tiny grain comes from a different flower! That’s why the colors change with the season.

May 1st and I already have fully capped supers # at La Lance.

I actually paused for a second when I saw it…
This has never happened this early.

Spring is clearly something special this year 🌼
Now I need to stay ahead of them 😅🍯

My coriander almost grows wild in the potager. It loves to grow unbothered under my espaliered fruit trees. I throw seeds down in spring and they come up on their own in spring and in fall but not so much in the summer. I use it for my coriander pesto and my salsa! Farm to table yumminess!
