Our banana puree is made from Cavendish bananas that are optimally ripened and then processed. They are carefully selected from the plantations and therefore free from diseases, mold or rot. Due to the excellent contact to our partners we have a deep overview of the conditions and can always guarantee the control and traceability of our raw material.
The origin of the bananas is Colombia or Costa Rica. We also have products from Guatemala and Ecuador on request.

We are fully backwards integrated. In Colombia we have a 50/50 Joint Venture with Banacol, the biggest Banana Grower in Colombia.
In Costa Rica Mexifrutas is also partnering with the biggest private landowner. We do therefore have the hand on the resources and can secure them for our customers.
