1. The law of intentionality - ''Growth is the guarantee that tomorrow is going to get better.''

The reason why many people fail to grow is due to growth gaps - either assumption gap or knowledge gap.

1. Assumption gap: People assume that they will somehow get better by chance, but growth is not automatic, you have to be intentional.

2. Knowledge gap: Many people do not know how to grow. That requires getting a plan.

Here is Maxwell's growth plan for personal growth

1. Make a commitment to intentionally grow.
2. Make that commitment public.
3. Identify the areas that you wanna grow intentionally.
4. Invest one hour everyday in those areas (divide that one hour into preparation, practice and reflect).
5. Invest one hour a week on writing and reflecting on what you are learning.
6. Share your growth with someone.
