Today's lunch special for very hungry people is Osso Bucco. Oh, and its scone day everybody!

A real treat for lunch today. We saved up our few oxtail this year to do our own oxtail soup when the season was right.

We are slowly getting our chicken sausage system set up. We are working away at the wait list. We suggest if you would like some you let us know and we will work on what is requested. We can do Italian, honey garlic, octoberfest, salt and pepper, garlic, curry, maple cranberry (now without the breadcrumbs.)
This are small batch housemade artisanal sausages(re: inconsistent shapes and sizes) but the meat is top quality and tastes great!(All our sausages and burgers are made with out fillers)

Housemade chicken breakfast sausages heading to market Saturday. Salt and pepper, maple or cranberry maple. Natural sheep casings used so these sausages are pork free.

So hard to take a bad picture of a rib eye steak. We've got fresh beef this week folks! Try not to share as we don't want a stampede.

Well, its in:) just need to put up the spice shelves and then we can restore the dining room. Still trying to balance between baking and cooking what we can while getting things emptied, moved and set back up again. We appreciate your patience. It'll all be worth it when we have the much increased freezer capacity in the kitchen.

09/15/2026

Our kitchen fridge is updating from little, to BIG today. This is causing some chaos in the dining room so there won't be any eat in today, Tuesday September 15. But don't worry we are open.

We've been busy stocking the pantry for our lunches this winter! I've sorted through my jars and I could use 500 ml canning jars and standard rings if anyone has a stash in their cellar they wont be using. I do have seals and I have a million 250ml jam jars.(Id even trade if someone can use them, they just arent big enough for what I'm doing)
