Off the Cleaver is located at 817 Dundas Street W in Whitby, ON. We offer a fine selection of meats and cheese. Our select cuts of steak are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days in our controlled cabinet from Italy. We also offer organic meats from South Fifty Farms in Cobourg and select cuts of steak on request. We have many fine cheeses from around the world which include Appletree Smoked Cheddar-

PEI, Brie de Meaux A.O.C.- France, Melkbus149 Truffle- Netherlands and many more! Master Chef Josh Heuvelmans is one of the only certified Master Chefs in Canada and we are honoured to have him at Off the Cleaver. We offer a wide variety of Made in House products which include chicken pot pie, lasagnes, soups, sauces and much more! None of our products are ever frozen, always fresh for your own convenience.
