Have you tried the Spy?
Larger bags are now at the stand for the same great price.
Many folks enjoy this crunchy apple for eating fresh BUT it’s also recognized as a premier cooking apple. It’s great in pies because the flesh holds its shape well and develops a rich flavor when cooked.

We are still picking! The last of our Gravensteins are out today. We also have Cortlands, Macintosh, Gala, Honeycrisp and Russets at the stand.
Drop bags are also at the stand for $10/bag and we have bins of drops available as well. Please message ahead to arrange pick up.

What’s a local favorite apple ready at the stand this week?

Hint: considered an heirloom variety and some of the oldest genetics. 🧬
Known for its rough skin but sweet flavour.

Kees and I are here until 1:30pm selling chicken and apples of course. We are able to take debit and credit as well with a debit machine on site.
