Because apparently leaving perfectly good pizza alone isn’t our thing.

Meet the Verdura proof you don’t need meat to make a sandwich that absolutely slaps. 🤌

Smoked provolone, truffle & mascarpone cream, roasted red peppers, arugula and balsamic glaze.

WE GOT BORED WITH OUR OWN MENU. SO WE MADE MORE FOOD. 😂🇮🇹

The Giro Bottega menu just got a serious update new pizzas, new FOCACCIA, bigger & better slices and a few creations that probably started with “hear me out…” in the kitchen. 👀

🚨 NEW DESSERT DROP AT GIRO BOTTEGA 🚨

And yes… we make them in-house. Because apparently making pizza, focaccia and panini from scratch wasn’t enough. 😂

Meet the new sweet side of Bottega:

No sad little pre-packaged desserts over here. Just Italian sweets made right in our kitchen and ready to ruin your plans of “just grabbing a slice.”

🇮🇹 THURSDAY HAS ENTERED THE CHAT.

And it brought veal.

Crispy breaded veal, tomato sauce, melted provolone, mushrooms and onions — all packed into one seriously Italian sandwich.

The catch? We only make it on Thursdays.

Because if Nonna taught us anything, it’s that you don’t get everything whenever you want it. 😂

Hot Calabrese Soppressata.
’Nduja Ricotta Cream.
Bomba Calabrese.
Roasted Red Peppers.

Basically, Calabria chose violence. 🔥🇮🇹

Spicy, creamy, salty, messy exactly how we like it.

Around here, the sauce doesn’t come with a twist-off cap. 🤌😂

Truffle & mascarpone.
Mushroom & mascarpone.
Pistachio & mascarpone.
’Nduja & ricotta.

All made fresh, in-house, because if we wanted to squeeze dinner out of a bottle, we’d leave that to somebody else. 👀

Creamy. Spicy. Truffley. Pistachio-y. Very unnecessary to choose just one.

At Giro Bottega, even the sauce gets the Italian treatment. 🇮🇹

No bottles were harmed — or invited — in the making of your meal. 😂🤌
