Nothing makes our hearts happier than seeing what you create with our ethical, single-origin cocoa! 🤎✨

We are so incredibly grateful for this beautiful shoutout and recipe variation from one of our amazing customers. She baked up this delicious, simple one-bowl chocolate snack cake (inspired by Yossi Arefi's *Snacking Cakes) and took it to the absolute next level using our Pokao Cocoa Powder and **Chokao 70% Dark Vegan Chocolate Chips.

The seasonal twist? She swirled in some beautiful stewed rhubarb right before baking! 😍🌱 (Swipe to see the stunning before-and-after bake!).

Want to try it at home? Here is how you can bake your own:
🥣 The Ingredients:
* 1 cup light brown sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
* 1/2 cup neutral oil
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 3/4 tsp kosher salt
* 3/4 cup Emkao Pokao Cocoa Powder
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 cup **Emkao Chokao Chocolate Chips** (plus an optional 1 cup of chopped or stewed rhubarb swirled on top!)

👩‍🍳 Quick Steps:
1. Whisk brown sugar and eggs for 1 minute until pale and foamy.
2. Whisk in yogurt, oil, vanilla, and salt until emulsified, then blend in your cocoa powder.
3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Fold in those rich Chokao chips.
4. Pour into a lined 8-inch square pan, swirl your rhubarb on top, and bake at 350°F for 35–45 minutes.

4 tbsp all-purpose flour
