❤️ OUR STAFF. OUR FAMILY. OUR GREATEST BLESSING. ❤️
WATCH TILL THE END! They are all so incredible!!!!

These pictures show just a small portion of the incredible employees who make up the amazing team here at Anderson’s Independent Grocer! From every department to every single person who walks through our doors to help make someone’s day a little brighter, we are surrounded by people who make us proud every single day. 🥹❤️

Mitch and I feel truly blessed and incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing team standing beside us. This store is so much more than a grocery store to us. It’s the people who bring it to life, the smiles they share, the kindness they show, the pride they take in what they do, and the way they come together as a team. Every single person plays an important role, and we hope they know just how much they mean to us.

We may be the owners, but it’s our incredible staff who make Anderson’s what it is. They are the heart of our store, and we could never thank them enough for everything they bring to our Anderson’s family. ❤️

NOW IT’S YOUR TURN! 🥰👇

We want to hear from YOU! Drop a comment below and give a shout-out to one of our amazing team members. Maybe they’ve made you smile, helped you find something, gone above and beyond, or simply brightened your day.

Let’s fill the comments with some love and appreciation for the wonderful people who make Anderson’s so special! They spend their days making a difference for others, and they deserve to hear just how appreciated they are, too. ❤️

To our amazing team: THANK YOU for being you. We are so grateful for every single one of you! 🫶

🌟💛 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: MAEVE! 💛🌟

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on an incredible member of our Anderson’s family — Maeve! 🥰

Maeve joined our team in June 2021, and what a joy it has been to watch her grow over the years! She has become such an amazing asset to Anderson’s, and we couldn’t be prouder to have her as part of our team. ❤️

From her beautiful, friendly smile to the kindness and politeness she shows every customer, Maeve has a way of making people feel welcome. She’s always eager to work, brings her bubbly personality wherever she goes, and makes every day a little brighter for the people around her. ☀️

And Maeve’s support doesn’t stop at the store! Whether it’s cheering on our Anderson’s baseball team or joining in on our staff functions, she’s always there with her enthusiasm and team spirit. She truly embodies what it means to be part of our Anderson’s family!

Maeve, thank you for your hard work, dedication, kindness, and for being YOU! Never underestimate how much your positive attitude and beautiful personality mean to the people around you. We’re so proud of the young woman you’ve become and feel incredibly lucky to have you on our team. 🥹💕

Keep shining, Maeve! We’re cheering you on just as loudly as you cheer us on! 🌟

With lots of love and appreciation,

Crystal and Mitch Anderson❤️🛒
