Shoulder update! Specialist diagnosis, irritated tendon, bursitis and a not full film rotator cuff tear. He gave me a cortisone shot in the bursa. We're doing something different this week! From tonight through Sunday we will be set up for Folkfest at Prividence Farm. Saturday I will be at the Qualicum Beach Farmer's Market 830-12 and at the Sunday Cedar Farmer's Market 10-2. Note we will not be set up at the Duncan Farmer's Market this week. Come enjoy some music and the plethora of food trucks tonight, starting at 430!
