Our Chinese Pork Lasagna takes classic comfort food and gives it a bold, unexpected twist. Savoury ground pork seasoned with ginger, soy, and Shaoxing wine is gently braised with napa cabbage until rich, tender, and packed with flavour.

It all started with a dinner at ✨ Mimi Chinese ✨ — and one unforgettable dish. Crispy chicken, bold spice, charred spring onion, and those fiery “heaven facing” chilis that made every bite come alive 🌶️🔥

Inspired by the flavours we couldn’t stop thinking about, we headed back to our kitchen and created something special: our new Hidden Crispy Chili Chicken 🍗

Made with a house Sichuan-inspired dry rub featuring fennel, cumin, peppercorn, and gochugaru, then coated in potato starch for the perfect light crunch. Juicy inside, crispy outside, and completely addictive.

The chilis? They’re there for the adventurous 😏 Eat them or leave them — this chicken stands on its own either way.
