Dear Customers,
We wanted to take a moment to share an important update with you. We’ve recently made the transition from a provincially inspected license to a federally inspected license at our abattoir. This is a big step for our family business, and with it comes a whole new set of requirements we need to focus on meeting.
To give this transition the attention it needs, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close our retail store. The store will remain open for the next two Saturdays, with our final day being August 9, 2025. This wasn’t an easy choice, but it’s necessary so we can put all our energy into getting everything in place to operate under our new license.
We want to reassure you that we are still fully processing and custom cutting cattle and that side of our business continues as usual. If you have animals booked in or plan to in the future, nothing changes on that front. This temporary pause is just on the retail side.
We’re extremely grateful for your understanding during this time. Your loyalty and support to our store over the last 2 years means so much to our family. It’s because of you that we’ve been able to grow and take this next step. We’ll keep you updated and look forward to welcoming you back to the retail store when the time is right.
