Homestead Gardens - Vegetable Stand A pop-up vegetable stand featuring traditional homestead produce (including potatoes, peas, beans, carrots, onions, cucumbers, squash and pumpkins).

Located in Penobsquis, NB on land that has been farmed by the Teakles family for generations.

Officially in tomato 🍅 and bacon 🥓 sandwich season! 🤤

The roadside stand had been restocked and will continue to be throughout the weekend between balloon chasing. We have pie pumpkins, pumpkins, squash, tomatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, and mini pumpkins.

The limited amount of remaining new potatoes will be out tomorrow.

Fall is definitely in the air at the stand! Some fresh potatoes, carrots, beets, zucchini and squash added to the stand....

Fall is definitely in the air at the stand!

The crew is busy this long weekend harvesting the pumpkins and gourds. They are always the favourite to harvest. We are excited for the pumpkin sale in a couple of weeks.

Might be the part of summer harvest that feels a little bit like Groundhog Day. But we are soaking it up knowing these evenings together are getting shorter with each picking.
