Pan-seared in 8 minutes, oven-baked in 12, or cedar-plank BBQ in 15. Whichever you choose: salt it 10 minutes before cooking, save the glaze for the end, and pull it off the heat while the centre is still slightly translucent — it keeps cooking as it rests.

Before there was a West Coast Select, our family was on the water, fishing crab, salmon and halibut along the BC coast. In 1989 that became a business: Sundance Seafoods Ltd., and the West Coast Select brand.

Three generations later we're still family-owned and operated in Surrey, BC, and smoked salmon is still at the heart of everything we do.
