At Stonetown Artisan Cheese , we share in this sentiment. In fact, it is this belief, along with farming, that motivated us to immigrate to Canada in 1996. With our three children in tow, we started to begin a new life in St. Marys, Ontario where we could start our own dairy farm. Having previously worked in the Swiss Alps, it was always our dream to produce delicious, high quality cheese reminiscent of the renowned Swiss Mountains and made from our own milk. With a profound commitment to creating cheese of the highest quality and the support of our family, as well as Ramon Eberle, a Master Cheese Maker from Switzerland, our humble dream became reality. At Stonetown Artisan Cheese, our commitment to producing cheese of the highest quality is best reflected in the care we give to our Holstein cows that live in a clean and comfortable free stall barn and enjoy feed of the highest quality. The fresh milk they produce is processed into the handcrafted, farmstead cheese you've come to know and expect of Stonetown Artisan Cheese. Thanksgiving is off to a great start! 🍂

A little something from our community... 💚

At our Open House in August, we invited visitors to make a donation in support of the London Health Sciences Foundation Transplant Program, somewhere that means a lot to our team and family.

Thanks to everyone who contributed, we raised just over $2,500, absolutely incredible. We’ve decided to top up that amount to bring the total to $5,000.

We’re very grateful to everyone who came out, donated, and supported the day. It means a lot to us to be able to turn the generosity of our community into something that can support such an important program.

Today, we were happy to present the cheque to the London Health Sciences Foundation. 🥰

It has been 4 years since I have been back in Switzerland. The past week I have been able to see and spend time with family & friends and enjoy the beauty of Switzerland. Thank you to my team back home at Stonetown Cheese for keeping the cheese rolling while I was gone.
