🥟 From production kitchen to artisan experience 🌾
Over the past few months, we’ve been transforming our facility into a welcoming space where visitors can experience the journey of our pierogi from field to plate. From growing potatoes, cabbage, garlic, and herbs on our certified organic farm to crafting traditional pierogi in our kitchen, we wanted to create a place where we can share not only our food, but also the story behind it.
Soon, guests will be able to step inside, explore our “field-to-pierogi” journey, discover the traditions that inspired our family recipes, and take part in hands-on workshops that connect people with food, farming, and heritage.
A huge thank you to for helping bring this vision to life. Their hard work transformed our space into a place where we can welcome visitors and share our passion for local food and craftsmanship.
We’re counting down the days until our official ÉCONOMUSÉE® inauguration on June 19. We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome you to this new chapter of Pierogerie. ❤️
