The story of how our pierogi go from our farm to your table is especially important to us and we’d like to share in that journey with you. Our business of feeding you and your family starts at the seed. We only use exceptional ingredients that you deserve which we grow on our organic farm or from local farmers that share the same values. We put lots of love and care into how we grow our crops, and

the soil they live in, to help nature do its incredible work and in turn provide perfect pierogi for you. We go beyond organic farming by implementing regenerative farming practices wherein we focus on the soil as much as the plants that grow in it. Our goal is to let nature show its perfection by caring for the soil, balancing the minerals that our plants love, nurturing the microorganisms that live in harmony with them, and picking our crops at the perfect time. This makes for perfect potatoes that make for perfect pierogi for you and your family.

🥟 From production kitchen to artisan experience 🌾

Over the past few months, we’ve been transforming our facility into a welcoming space where visitors can experience the journey of our pierogi from field to plate. From growing potatoes, cabbage, garlic, and herbs on our certified organic farm to crafting traditional pierogi in our kitchen, we wanted to create a place where we can share not only our food, but also the story behind it.

Soon, guests will be able to step inside, explore our “field-to-pierogi” journey, discover the traditions that inspired our family recipes, and take part in hands-on workshops that connect people with food, farming, and heritage.

A huge thank you to for helping bring this vision to life. Their hard work transformed our space into a place where we can welcome visitors and share our passion for local food and craftsmanship.

We’re counting down the days until our official ÉCONOMUSÉE® inauguration on June 19. We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome you to this new chapter of Pierogerie. ❤️

Over the past few months, we’ve been transforming part of our kitchen facility into a welcoming space where visitors can experience our story “from field to table.” Huge thank you to for helping bring this vision to life. From the storefront transformation to all the construction details behind the scenes, this project would not have happened without their hard work.

Dinner on the BBQ doesn’t get much easier than this 🔥🥟

Our foil pocket pierogi are the ultimate lazy summer meal — toss in frozen pierogi, onions, sausage, butter, or whatever you love, seal the foil, and throw it on the grill. That’s it. Pro tip: add a layer of parchment paper inside so the pierogi don’t stick to the foil 🙌

From organic potatoes grown in our fields to fully cooked pierogi ready in just 10 minutes, this is comfort food made the old-school way… just a little easier for busy lives 😄

Yesterday was World Agritourism Day Sometimes we get so busy planting potatoes, making pierogi, and running the farm that we forget to stop and realize… we’re part of something much bigger.

At Pierogerie Polish Foods Inc., agritourism means inviting people onto the farm to experience where food really comes from. From walking through our potato fields, to learning how to make pierogi by hand, to sitting down together to share a meal — our farm-to-table classes are about more than food. They’re about connection, tradition, and creating memories.

We host farm-to-table pierogi making workshops right here on the farm 🥟🌱
Learn how to make pierogi from scratch, hear the stories behind our family recipes, and experience where the ingredients are grown.
