We’ve had lots of questions about the dining space beside our Firehall Market, so it’s officially time for introductions! 🍔🔥

The Old Station Kitchen is proudly operated by Pat & Tanya of The Streetery, alongside their talented chef Shane, and they’re bringing some seriously delicious flavour to the station. From classic burger-joint favourites to creative culinary twists you won’t find anywhere else, there’s something on the menu for everyone.

If you already know and love The Streetery food truck, you’re definitely going to want to stop in and see what they’re cooking up here! 👏

Rooted in generations of family tradition, this small artisan business crafts homemade sourdough products, baked goods, and pantry staples using natural, locally sourced ingredients. Every product is made with care, bringing people together through the joy of good food.

It’s time to recap our incredible weekend at our new Firehall Market! 🚒🎉

We kicked things off bright and early on Friday with our official ribbon-cutting ceremony, surrounded by local representatives, loyal customers, and the supportive family and friends who helped make this dream a reality.

Saturday brought even more energy as our vendor pop-ups began! It was such a pleasure introducing you to the amazing faces behind The Cool Cookie Kitchen, Dave’s Meat Pit, and Bestie Blends. We were also proud to welcome members of the Southwold Fire Department. The day was made even more special with fantastic live music from Jerome Thomas, creating the perfect atmosphere for everyone who stopped by 🎶🎸

Then we wrapped up the weekend on Sunday with Country Girl Catering & Preserves and JamBox joining us outside, giving visitors even more to explore and enjoy.

Lastly, we wanted to congratulate our giveaway winners of the charcuterie package which features over $200 of local goodies and Evelyn’s ready to eat meats!! Shelley Shipley, Michelle Mezenberg and Ron & Jane, we have reached out to you all and your prizes are ready for pickup! 🎁✨
