Hi everyone,

Just one more week of baking from the commissary kitchen before a new chapter begins! ✨

Please place your orders by October 7th. I’ll be away from October 12th through November 13th, and I’m hoping to resume baking around November 18th, starting with a small batch.

I’m so excited to share that a new location will be announced soon. Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you’ll stay tuned and follow along as I begin this next chapter. 🤍

A little update from the kitchen ❤️

As many of you may have heard, the Commissary Kitchen in Gibsons is closing but Joe’s Cabin will still be operating as normal, which means I have to make a quick change of plans.

My last day of baking from this kitchen will be October 9th.

This also happens to be the perfect time for me to take a much-needed break. I’ll be heading to Vietnam for a vacation and, after 16 years, I’ll finally be going home. 🇻🇳❤️ It’s long overdue, and I’m incredibly excited to spend some time there with family, recharge, and enjoy a little time away from the ovens.

While I’m away, I’ll be finalizing my plans for my next kitchen location. My hope is to be back in production by December 1st, and I’ll keep you posted as things come together.

So, if you’ve been thinking about placing an order… now is the time! 😄

Hi everyone 🌸

Everything bloomed so beautifully this week — my breads and baked goods turned out just the way they should for Mother’s Day weekend.

I’ve been selling out for the last three weeks, so I made extra for this special weekend! Treat your moms, grandmas, or yourself to something fresh and homemade.

The Coconut Pandan Milk Bread makes the perfect French toast for Mother’s Day brunch, and all of the loaves pair beautifully with a cozy breakfast spread.

Busy baking days over here and everything turned out amazing ✨🍞
