“It’s Your Love” was our wedding song …
This isn’t the love story ending that we had planned for ourselves but it’s still one Helluva story nonetheless 💗
Ryan, what you taught me the minute we were married. Things like “Life’s too short to stay in the red zone”, “Live everyday like it’s your last”, “It’s not about making mistakes but what you do ABOUT them that matters most”. I can go on and on about the lessons you taught me and the kids about life. One thing that was clear, from the very start, was that your family was what mattered the most to you. We never doubted that.
When I’d ask you what your passion was, you’d answer with, “helping people is my passion”.
When Mother’s Day would roll around, you’d gather up the kids and knock it out of the park each time. Showing them the importance of such a special day. I’d begin to stress about how I was going to top it once Father’s Day would come around.
You always had this way of giving life your 110%. You were hard to keep up with. As a spouse. As a colleague. As a parent. You hit the ground running in everything you did.
You were intense, to say the least lol. You had an unmatchable passion for everything that meant something to you. And only now do I truly understand why ,,, Deep down inside ,,, you knew. You knew you’d be leaving us too soon. So you pushed hard. You gave everything your all. You crammed a lifetime of love, parenting, work and friendship into 52 years. Because somehow, you knew.
Thank you for giving us the life we’ve had together. For making us feel like we were the most special things on the planet. WE were what you LIVED for. And it was no secret. Anyone that knew you, also knew us. Because we were your world.
And now that you’re gone. I know that you’re watching from above because you’ve sent us the most incredible signs from the other side that are more than anyone could ever dream of … There is no doubt that you’re with us ✨
From above you can see all the amazing people behind you. Supporting me and the kids. Offering the most incredible gestures that only someone as special as you can cause. YOU did this. From the bottom of our hearts. We thank you. Ryan thanks you💝xo
