The Salt Spring Tuesday Market is a food and farmers market held every Tuesday from May 26 - Oct 27, 2026 Feet tap to the rhythm of the band. Join us.

Over a thousand visitors stream through the market each week, vying for the most succulent basket of strawberries or the first tomatoes of the year. The air fills with laughter, children, the telling of stories. Local food producers tantalize taste buds with seasonal fare. Voices echo: “your food is amazing”. The Tuesday Market is a food-only market that specializes in local, fresh and seasonal products. It’s a beautiful day for the market! Tourist season has slowed down and kids are back in school. Our farmers are harvesting all kinds of wonderful foods, so there is a great selection as we move into fall.

It’s Tuesday Market day! Feeling thankful for the long awaited rain we had yesterday. We’ll be in the park today with lots of good stuff- veggies and more!

Featured here is Jessica from Bright Farm, matching the lovely purple cauliflower that they grew.

It’s market day! We had a great start to the season last week and we’re happy to be back at it. There was no shortage of veggies last week and I even saw some strawberries make an appearance.
