Our team is made up of professional cooks and professional eaters. Being a food vendor at the Steveston Farmers and Artisans Market is our first step to opening our own catering business. Our team loves to create original recipes while applying classic technique to our dishes. Our time in Hawaii has been transformative in the way we look at food. Our take on Hawaiian Food is that of Asian Fusion.
Familiar flavors of Japan, the Philippines and Thailand all come through, but that is what makes Hawaiian food so unforgettable. Going to local farmers markets is yearly ritual for us because it is so satisfying to find the right ingredient at the peak of freshness. Being a vendor at the Steveston Farmers and Artisans Market is a dream come true for us because now we can share Hawaiian flavors created with only the best local ingredients with the community. Chicken Satay Skewers: Grilled chicken breast marinated and glazed is our spicy peanut sauce. Beef Teriyaki Skewers: Grilled sirloin steak marinated and glazed in our pineapple teriyaki sauce. Kalua Pork Sliders: Slow braised pork shoulder is wrapped in banana leafs, then shredded and topped with Asian style slaw and served on a fresh baked coconut slider bun. Spam Masubi: Spam steak glazed in our own pineapple teriyaki sauce with sushi rice is wrapped in a strip of sea weed. Vegetarian

Hawaiian Ginger Ale: Lemon juice and Hawaiian basil are mixed with our home made sweet ginger syrup and carbonated water. Little Hawaiian Food Stand is open from 10am to 4pm on the following days:
