This blend layers pink peppercorns, lemon peel, thyme and savory herbs for a fresh citrus lift with gentle heat. It is clean, aromatic and made to wake up simple dishes without overpowering them.

🔥 Your barbecue called. It wants better sauce.

Our rub and sauce wall is stocked for grilling season with dry rubs, marinades, barbecue sauces and plenty of Alberta-made favourites ready for whatever you’re throwing on the grill.

Brisket, burgers, chicken, ribs, pork chops, veggies or something that’s going low and slow all afternoon, there’s a flavour combination here for it.

Rub it on. Brush it on. Marinate overnight. Or put a few bottles on the table and let everybody choose their own adventure.

Take a slow walk past the sauce wall next time you’re in. You might leave with a new favourite.

How many kinds of gnocchi does one market need?

Apparently enough that Ivan had to stop and count. 😂

Depending on the week, you might find:

We’ll be closed Sunday, October 11 and Thanksgiving Monday, October 12.

Want to dodge some of the rush? Mornings and mid-afternoons are usually your best bet.
