From the Chopping Block to the Show Ring: What a fantastic 4-H season! 🥩🌾
Now that the dust has settled on another incredible year, we want to take a moment to give a massive shoutout to our local 4-H community. As a butcher, we get a front-row seat to the final product of all your hard work, and let us tell you—the dedication this year was next level!
We are incredibly grateful to the amazing 4-H clubs and coordinators for keeping our agricultural traditions strong, and to the parents who put in endless hours behind the scenes to support them. Most of all, we are blown away by the kids; your work ethic, patience, and responsibility are unmatched, and it truly showed in the outstanding quality of the beef this year. It is an absolute honor to process livestock of this caliber, raised right here in our backyard by such talented young producers.
Thank you all for supporting local agriculture and for letting us be a small part of your 4-H journey. You’ve filled our coolers with incredible product and our hearts with a lot of community pride. Cheers to a job well done! 🥂🐂
