We have a new option to add a second person to your booking so you can come with a friend, loved one or co-worker for just $50 more (that’s $175 total for two people to make one cheese together and take home one kit to share) these are my last classes open to the public until APRIL so if you want to make cheese now is the time! New cheese alert Prince George! Real Canadian Superstore La Maison Alexis de Pontneuf by Saputo Inc Cambozola style cheese, small format, very firm paste (suspect this one is young, I bought two so one will age out for a couple more weeks and I’ll let you know) paste was creamy and smooth with the blue being mild and on the peppery side of blue, not the metallic side. Fluffy white pen can mould coating mild and mushroomy with a hint of petrichor. Think this might be a new favourite 💙

So the company I was using for my merch store apparently went under (not a shock, terrible customer service!) so now I have to find another printer who ships worldwide, doesn’t take a technical arts degree to manage and doesn’t lean in on AI design for everything. I just wanna put words on a shirt and sell them for a reasonable amount - why is this so hard?! Anyone got any recommendations I’d appreciate it, also anyone I’ve promised a shirt to, it will come - once I’ve worked out how to arrange that. Apologies.
