📹 NEW SERIES: If You Try It, I’ll Try It 📸
Back at it with another team taste test — this time thanks to our friend Ray from 🔥🔥 Ray told us we HAD to try century eggs (aka preserved eggs), so on the last day of Lunar New Year he joined The Little Butcher crew for a taste test!
If you’ve never seen one before, century eggs are preserved duck eggs with a creamy texture, bold flavour, and a look that definitely earns some double takes around the counter 👀
Some of us were instantly into it.
Some needed a minute.
Some reached for extra chili oil 😅
Thankfully we had a jar of the fan favourite on hand, which turned out to be the perfect pairing! 🦆🌶️
