Valentine’s Dinner for Two
$160 per couple · plus tax & gratuity
Celebrate love with an evening designed to be shared.
By candlelight and good company, indulge in thoughtfully crafted dishes,
beautiful ingredients, and flavors meant to linger —
because the best moments are savored together.

Seating available from 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Bread & Butter
Freshly baked olive épi, herbed focaccia, and delicate cheese twists, served with lemon–thyme butter

Charcuterie for Two
A chef-curated presentation of truffle salami, peppercorn salami, and mild capicollo, elegantly paired with fine artisanal cheeses, pickles, fruits, and handcrafted accompaniments — thoughtfully composed for sharing.

Salad Course
Maple–ginger cured Bay of Fundy salmon, prepared with maple syrup produced on the Keystone Links property, served alongside shaved fennel and celery root slaw, peppery lemon arugula, mustard vinaigrette, and crème fraîche.

Main Course
Prime-grade California-cut striploin, aged eight weeks and sourced from PEI, finished with a brandy-peppercorn demi-glace, served alongside garlic-smashed potatoes, oven-roasted beets, and tender green beans.

Dessert — A Shared Sweet Finale
Local Persian Empire coffee liqueur cheesecake, chocolate crème brûlée, and delicate angel food cake, finished with fresh berries, whipped cream, and handcrafted chocolate truffles — a sweet ending to savour together.
