Hey Cheese Chasers! Today’s featured cheese is Saint Angel.
Made by Fromagerie Guilloteau in France’s Rhône-Alpes region, this triple-cream beauty is pure indulgence. It features an ultra-buttery, velvety paste that melts like whipped cream on your tongue, balancing sweet cream with a delicate, edible bloomy rind.
Spread it over a warm baguette, pair it with crisp Ch*****ne, and elevate your cheese board instantly. 🥂🇫🇷

Hey Cheese Chasers! Today’s featured products are our delectable olives from Festi Sud olives, coming in a variety of flavours.

🫒Interesting Fact🫒
Fossils show that olive trees originated between 20 million and 40 million years ago in the area that is now Italy. It would take a while for us to begin to cultivate them as that only happened about 7,000 years ago in Mediterranean regions.

Come pick up some beautiful olives for your cheese snacking needs today!

Hey Cheese Chasers!
Today’s featured products are two beautiful accompaniments that really bring cheese boards to life!
Gourmet Red Chilli spread and Carrs Table Water crackers make the ultimate pairing when you include them on a cheese board. For they satisfy the most most critical components of a great charcuterie bite: flavor contrast and structural neutrality.

Cheeses (especially creamy options like Brie, Camembert, or goat cheese) are packed with fats and proteins. The sharp acidity and heat from a red chilli dip slice straight through that heavy, velvety texture, instantly refreshing the palate.

Based out of Montreal, Chef Jo Notkin (from Top Chef Canada season 8) has created premium baking mixes that will make you a pro in the kitchen.

This fluffy, buttermilk bread mix creates two incredible loaves. Want to step it up a notch? Pair it with one of our fabulous cheeses, we recommend Mappledale ### Hot Cheddar for all those spicy fans out there.
Not a fan of spice, try using Cows Creamery Smoked Cheddar for a decadent, rich bread 😍

Hey Cheese Chasers! Today we are featuring a lovely product that will make Apple season even better 😉
Introducing CARAMELS F.A.A. | Boutique cadeaux & Crémerie a high-end, artisanal caramel spread company based in Quebec, Canada, founded by entrepreneurs Marie-Pier Noreau and Sonia Robitaille-Jacob.

Caramels F.A.A. spreads are described as rich, velvety, and deeply comforting artisanal caramel spreads. Because they are slowly cooked with 35% heavy cream, real butter, and condensed milk, they have a distinctively premium homemade character rather than a mass-manufactured, artificial taste. When paired with freshly picked apples is a true delight!

Did you know you can also add a little bit to your coffee and use as a sweetener? 😍 The flavour takes your coffee to an entirely new level!

Hey Cheese Chasers! Today’s featured cheese is Red Leicester, coming to us from Leicester, England.
This pasteurized, cows milk cheese is hard, with a lovely nutty flavour.
Red Leicester is lovely when paired with crisp apples (just in time for apple harvesting now!) along with dark rye bread, but honestly a lovely crusty baguette will be just as delicious too 😉
Add in a lovely fruity w**e, such as Pinot Noir and you have a beautiful time awaiting you!
