Look at this A recipe developed in your very own kitchen. Ive always wondered what it be like to do a Spatchcock Chicken.
Do you know what a Spatchcock Chicken is ?
Lets put one of these together right here on my Page .
We will need Ingredients
For the Chicken
1 whole chicken, spatchcocked
3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temp
2 tbsp Honey,
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
For the Vegetables
3 carrots, peeled & cut
8 white potatoes, peeled & halved
1 red onion, thickly sliced
1 head garlic, tops removed
1 tbsp Honey,
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
For Garnish
Fresh rosemary sprigs
