Vendor Spotlight - Lavender Blue Designs

Lavender Blue Designs began in 2024, as a way to de-stress from the corporate world. Artisan, Angie Mian began making wood crafted Christmas and home decor items. Enjoying making things with her hands she further explored the craft of pottery, candle making, soap making as well as crafting stone jewelry. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail — making every one of a kind item “a little bit of something”.

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT - Donna Stewart Collection

Donna has been busy creating and is so excited to bring her collection to the McKellar Market this Saturday!

Here’s a little sneak peek of just some of what she'll be bringing… chunky knit sweaters, blankets, Christmas stockings, stuffies and lots more. 🤎

Everything is handmade one loop at a time, and no two pieces are quite the same.

Come by, say hi, see everything in person and maybe find something cozy to take home. 🥰

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT - AMAW Wood Decor

Creating 'functional art', they are from Bracebridge and transform fallen trees from their property into beautiful home decor items. The wood is milled and dried onsite, and all items are hand cut to be truly one of kind pieces. Sealed with a hard wax oil that is both food grade and long lasting. Live edge clocks, unique coasters and flower stands are their main items along with one of kind gems that rotate weekly.

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT - Spark of Light Wellness.

Victoria is so happy to be joining the McKellar Thanksgiving Market with her business Spark of Light Wellness! Victoria is a Reiki Level 3 Practitioner and Transformational Life Coach, and her work is rooted in something pretty simple: helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come home to who they are.

Victoria will be offering 20-minute mini-Reiki sessions at her booth — a chance to pause, relax and receive in the middle of a busy market day. Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-based practice that can offer a sense of calm, spaciousness and deeper connection with yourself.

She'll also be there simply to meet people and have some good conversations! If you’re curious about Reiki, coaching, personal transformation, or what it might look like to work together more deeply, come say hello!
