michaelsdolce Gourmet Confectionery We currently produce a variety of handmade all natural gourmet jams.

Our jams have no complicated names in the ingredients, and are low in added organic pure cane sugar. To bring out the best quality of fruits, we use local produce when & where possible, and are in the process of teaming up with local farmers around the Ottawa area. Consequently, productions are seasonally reflective; some jams may not be sold year round. They are available in 190 mL & 60 mL sizes for retails, and 500mL & 1L sizes for commercial usage.
