Mountain Path Organic & Natural Foods Mountain Path was founded in 1983 as an organic farm and flour mill by poet-professor-farmer Robert Hogg and family and is now situated in Ottawa, ON.

Mountain Path Organic & Natural Foods is a full scale food distribution business providing bulk and packaged dried goods and groceries throughout Ontario & Quebec. We carry all the major brands in groceries, and support several new and local manufacturers and importers. Begun on a 138 acre farm south of Ottawa, ON it has now combined with Signature Foods, Natural Gourmet and Eating Well in Ottawa's east side.
