The veganfest was very successful for me. I baked a third more cakes than I thought I could sell, but I sold them all. I have a few restaurants that expressed interest in having my cakes sold in their store. I found that most people liked the vegan gluten-free cake. But that was so obviously to be expected because all kinds of previous trials have proved that almond flour adds so much more flavor to the cake, why not always use almond instead of wheat flour – cost –.
