Friday Night in Fallowfield returns for our final night of the season! In addition to our famous 3-day smoked ribs, we'll also be smoking turkey breasts - after we brine and inject them of course. Turkey will be served either on a brioche bun, or as part of our Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner potato - baked potato, topped with sliced smoked turkey, smoked butternut squash, home-made cranberry sauce and of course smothered in turkey gravy. Rounding out the menu will be pulled pork as well as our gourmet baked potatoes, fresh popcorn and all the sarcasm you can handle. Starts Friday at 4 at the historic Fallowfield Garage - 5361 Old Richmond Road just South of the roundabout at Hope Side Rd.

Ribs are back this Friday night folks! Come grab a rack or two, along with our mouth-watering 16-hour smoked pulled pork. Everything homemade including our rubs, sauces and sides. We'll also be pulling out our vintage Churchill's Victorian oven for gourmet baked potatoes - either fully loaded, poutine or with pulled pork. Rounding out this Friday will be freshly squeezed lemonade and Owen's snow-cones. Fun starts Friday at 4 at the Fallowfield Garage - 5361 Old Richmond Road - just South of the roundabout at Hope Side Road. We've significantly increased our capacity but please come early to avoid disappointment.

Hi Folks - a key announcement! As we were totally over-whelmed by your support last market, we have invested in a new piece of equipment that significantly increases our production capacity! We are excited about this new addition as it means more tantalizing ribs and greater efficiency. And, a big thank you - your kind words and tremendous support for our hobby make our efforts worthwhile - it is why we do it! Meat-lovers get ready! Look at these succulent ribs - starting with Canadian pork, rubbed, then their first smoke (of 3) .....pork shoulders have begun their 16 hour smokin' trek as well.
Here is the menu for tomorrow and for the non-meat lovers out there, we have gourmet baked ("jacket" if you hail from the UK) potatoes with all the fixin's. It's Rib night in Fallowfield this Friday folks, as we kick-off our 2026 run! Start your long weekend off with the best ribs in Ottawa - featuring our 3-day rib smoking BBQ process - with our special homemade rubs and sauces. In addition, we'll be wheeling out our vintage Churchill's Victoria Oven for gourmet baked potatoes. Rounding out the lineup will be freshly-squeezed lemonade, Owen's sno-cones and of course Ottawa's best popcorn.
