Full-Time /part time Butcher at Buckingham Meat Market
Are you passionate about quality meats and providing excellent customer service? Buckingham Meat Market is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time butcher to join our team!
Duties:
โข Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, and more) according to specifications.
โข Ensure all meat products are processed and presented in a safe, hygienic, and visually appealing manner.
โข Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
โข Assist customers with product selection, providing information and recommendations as needed.
โข Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
โข Adhere to food safety regulations and standards to ensure the quality and safety of all products.
โข Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
โข Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role is preferred.
โข Knowledge of cutting techniques and meat preparation.
โข Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
โข Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
โข Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
โข Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
