For anyone who hasn't already heard, my Nicole has cervical cancer. She had surgery 1 week ago Thursday and she has been off work since roughly Wendesday of the same week. Yesterday was her birthday and we received a text from one of our managers telling us that there was a parcel in the office for Nic from our team. They told us that they were praying for us and that they hoped this put on smile on her face. Needless to say she was overjoyed. I'm sharing this because our team has been so supportive since this all began. From the initial testing, to the diagnosis and surgery, they have been in our corner working extra and helping taking on roles in other different aspects in our building WITHOUT us asking just trying to try to help alleviate the pressure where ever they could. We are so appreciative ❤️ Not a day has gone by that I am not approached by someone in house asking how she is and when they will get to see her. They have dropped off meals and checked in on our kids. I took Nic by the other day just to say and hi and get her out of the house and she was met with open arms, well wishes and smiles from everyone. They made her feel like family and super special. Our team truly doesn't get enough recognition. Thank you guys and gals for everything you have done, continue to do and for all your prayers. You may not understand it but it means the world to our family that we are thought of by all of you. We are beyond blessed!!
