She will be highlighting mtg favourite vegetable: the mushroom! What a beautiful texture, what a complex taste! I will make you discover one of the 1000 ways to play with it.
LunchDesk will be taking a little break for the next couple of weeks, because I will be traveling to Europe to visit my family. As well as to inspire myself from local produce and dishes! Bon matin!!

J'adore ce temps de l'année! Non seulement le soleil brille de toute puissance, mais avec la St-Jean Baptiste et la fête du Canada, on goute a des semaines de 4 jours de travaille! Qu'elle bonheur!!
Moi je passe ce temps dans la cuisine, a concocter des nouvelles recettes, ainsi qu'a reinventer les classiques!

Ce vendredi, nous allons visiter un classique de toutes les tables de picnic: la salade de patates!!
En incorporant un peu de couleur et de texture, cette recette est magnifique a apprécier pour le lunch!

I love this time of the year! Not only the sun is beautiful shining, but with La St-Jean Baptiste and Canada's Day, we have a little taste of what a 4 working days week look like! Its heaven!!!
I spend most of my time in the kitchen, creating new recipes, or reinventing classics.

This Friday, we are about to revisit a true classic of every picnic table: the potato salad!
By adding some colour and texture, this recipe is beautiful to eat at lunchtime!!
